Last night we went to Judie's in Amherst for dinner. So nice. I haven't been there since 1990 I think. The place is beautiful, food delicious, and of course good company. :) They have one artist's work displayed throughout the whole restaurant, in the bathroom, painted on the tables even. The one above was over our table - I loved it. Of course I asked the waitress for the artist's info and this painting is $900 - ack! I checked out her website and now I want them all. I am afraid I will have to settle for desktop wallpaper or buy a postcard she sells in Noho. Sigh.
After dinner, we went to the Hadley Mall to see the Hulk. We were early, so we walked around. Man, has that place changed! But the Ground Round where we always ate (and Jason brought up the idea of a marriage proposal!) was there and the jewelry store where we bought my first ring was still there.
The movie was good, but I prefer Iron Man. I like my hero to have more charisma. And Iron Man had lots of it. :) And the Hulk is so very dark and depressed. And all the hiding he has to do, very unsettling. Also, I didn't like Liv Tyler as the love interest...I dunno, they could have found someone better. Can't think of who though. Graphics were great though and it was very fast-moving. Fun Date!!

I like your bird the best - by your profile. Same artist? My mom's profs always take her to Judie's when they go out as a department. She loves it. And even more since AC picks up the tab.
Yes, same artist. I love folksy animals. :)
