Baking with Grammie

My mom likes to get together every Sunday in December for Advent dinner. Over the years, I have not upheld this tradition as much as I would have liked, succumbing to the craziness of the holidays. But this year, we've been pretty good so far. The week before last, we had Mom over for spaghetti and meatballs, made cut-out Christmas cookies, and watched Polar Express. It was a really nice night, everyone had a good time.


Last week we did not observe the Advent dinner but went to a movie together....does that count??
